I'm afraid the leaden echo is so prominent in our day that the golden echo can scarcely be heard... we are mostly "haggard at the heart" and need this golden echo to resound! You have done that for me today. I can understand why it is one of your favorite poems bar none. it will most certainly become one of mine. Keep it up.
