Great selection! I am a fan of Chesterton’s essay on cheese. During all of my pregnancies I had trouble cooking, so meals often resembled a charcuterie board with bread, cheese, fruits, and raw vegetables. I often thought that Chesterton would have approved. Indeed, he would have said that cheese was feast enough.
